Dinkar’s Bread Crumbs is a brand of Dinkar Industries Solutions (P) Ltd., being manufactured since 2015. Previously it was promoted under the brand my Bakery but since inception of DIS, its being associated with it under FSSAI license no. 12123801000502.
Our quality crumbs are currently supplied to various food processing units and distributors in the northern region of India. With overall daily production capacity of tons, Dinkar is efficient to fulfill the demands of its customer very well and os determined to expand its production capacity and marketing portfolio by 2024.

Steps of Productions
White or whole wheat bread is used, often stale or day-old bread is chosen as it’s easier to handle and has a drier texture.
Bread is sliced into uniform pieces and crust is removed, then laid out on trays or racks for drying , making it easier to process into crumbs.
Taken through a drying processlike toasting, baking, or air drying. Specialized ovens or industrial dryers are used to ensure uniform and efficient drying, untill it has a crisp texture.
Ready to be transformed into crumbs by feeding slices into a mill or grinder, where they undergo a milling process; breaks down into crumbs.
Crumbs are sieved to separate any larger or irregular-sized particles, for uniform texture and size. It also removes any impurities.
Flavoring and Packaging
Bread crumbs can be flavoured or seasoned to enhance their taste, commonly used flavors include herbs, spices, cheese, or even garlic. Then packaged into appropriate containers depending on the intended market.
Rigorous quality control measures are implemented through regular checks and deviations, if any, are identified and corrected to maintain consistency.
Storage and Distribution
Stored in a controlled environment to maintain their quality and extend their shelf life; proper temperature and humidity control systems preserve the integrity of the product.
